The Speech Therapy Center based in Gerakas of Attica “Logo… Therapeutics – Kollia Al. Anastasia” is a new and modern space, which is properly configured to serves the needs of each person.

 

Purpose of the speech therapy centre in the Gerakas “Logotherain – Anastasia Glues”is to provides integrated services In children/adolescents and their families who face difficulties difficulties In development and evolution of the communication, reason, the learning and learning . .. . . . . .

The approach is experiential and children learn through play,but also through the rich interactive material provided.

 

The procedure followed is as follows:

 

• The first appointment is interviewed with the parents of the child/teenager in which the child’s medical,family and developmental history is taken and the parents’ request is understood.

 

• After the history has been downloaded and the reason for attendance has been clarified, the assessment of the child/adolescent is followed by the administration of diagnostic tools and tests of a variety of chronological age.

 

• Finally, the diagnostic procedure diagnostic process follows and treatment program the appropriate treatment program is formed, setting goals that are based on the needs of each child/adolescent and meet his or her potential.,

The head Kollia Anastasia of the center Kollia Anastasia is a graduate of the department of speech License to practice therapy A.T.E.I.Patras, holder of the license to practice the profession of Speech Therapist and member of the Association of Scientific Speech Pathologists – Speech Therapists of Greece (SELLE). speech therapist

In addition, she is a certification holder of knowledge of BRAILLE the BRAILLE Blind Writing & Reading System and is trained in Autistic Spectrum Disorders.

She has been particularly involved in Incremental –Alternative Communication and during her studies at T.E.I. Speech Therapy she has completed a degree in “Incremental – Alternative Communication via Tablet to a 10-year-old child with autistic spectrum disorder”. See more:
