I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wales, UK and then trained in the fields of: “Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)” and “Emotional & Mental Trauma Management” at the National Kapodistrian Universityand “Specialization in Specialization in Psychology. Education” at the Center for Lifelong Learning – G. Vanidis.

At the same time, I was trained in the “Dramatherapy model” which I practice on a case-by-case basis, as well as in “Education at school age” and in “Treatment of bereaved families”

My studies are currently continuing with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology (Msc) from Derby University, UK.

My basic therapeutic approach is Cognitive & Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Positive Psychologyand I specialize in anxiety disorders.

As each person is special with different living conditions present and past, with different experiences and different cognitive schemes, I use different methods of treatment , so that through the individualized intervention to Achieve jointly Long-term changes both by reducing or eliminating the symptoms and negative thoughts that hinder everyday life and by taking a different view of the events that have passed, that are happening now or that will happen.
