As managers and connoisseurs of the wheeled vehicles we have, our first concern is your safety, so that your stay on the island of Schinoussa is more enjoyable!

General motorcycle rental conditions :

1. Driver’s age: Minimum age limit for categories A, B, C 21 years, for categories D, A1, B1, C1, 25 years and for categories C2, C3, C4 28 years.
2. Driver’s license: The driver must have a driver’s license or an international driver’s license for the respective category of motorcycle. The driver’s license must be valid and issued in the renter’s country of residence at least one year prior to the rental date.
3. Rental duration: Minimum rental duration one day. A delay of more than 2 hours is charged an additional rental day.
4. Insurances: All rental prices include simple liability insurance. The renter is responsible for any damage or theft (partial or total) caused to the rented motorcycle up to the amount of its commercial value at the time of the accident/theft. The renter pays the amount corresponding to the damage to his motorcycle JASON AUTO MOTO, regardless of fault and the amount paid is returned to him when and as long as JASON AUTO MOTO is compensated.

Theft protection: All motorcycles are equipped with a handlebar lock and an additional safety lock.

ATTENTION: No Higher Insurance Coverage Applies:

• For anything that happens and it is found that the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• For damage caused by driving on unpaved roads.
• For damage caused to the bottom of the motorcycle, tires and rims.
• For accidents caused by a driver not stated in the rental contract.
• For accidents for which the lessee has not informed the JASON AUTO MOTO station and filed/submitted a relevant accident statement, as defined by Greek Legislation, regardless of his fault.

The amounts related to the damage or loss of the motorcycle are paid directly by the renter even if he is covered by insurance and by his debit/credit card. In this case, the renter is obliged to pay JASON AUTO MOTO the full cost of repairing or replacing the motorcycle.

5. Fuel: Fuel costs are borne exclusively by the lessee. The renter is obliged to return the motorcycle with the contents of the tank as when he received it. Otherwise, the amount of fuel consumed is charged. The renter is obliged to follow the manufacturing specifications of the rented motorcycle and to fill the tank each time with the type of fuel required.
6. Roadside assistance: Free 24-hour roadside assistance throughout SXOINOUSA. Tires, rims and spokes of the motorcycle are charged to the renter.
7. Guarantee: For categories A, B, C, minimum guarantee limit of 100 euros or credit card. For categories D, A1, B1, C1, C2, C3, C4, motorcycle rental is only possible with a credit card for guarantee.
8. Payment method: The motorcycle rental is paid in cash or by Visa, Mastercard credit card.
9. Deliveries – Collections: They are made only at our station and within its opening hours. Outside of opening hours and holidays, delivery and pick-up is only possible by appointment. Pickups outside our station are made upon agreement and with an additional fee borne by the lessee.
10. Reservations: To reserve a motorcycle, a deposit of 30% of the rental is required in cash or by credit card.
11. Cancellations: In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit is non-refundable.
12. Traffic Violations – Fines: All fines and administrative penalties are borne by the lessee.
13. Kilometers: For categories A, B, C the kilometers are free. For categories D, A1, B1, C1, C2, C3, C4, 250 kilometers per day are free. For the charge for extra kilometers see our price list.
14. Helmet: A helmet is offered to the renter for a fee depending on availability.
15. Taxes: All prices are subject to VAT as determined by the state.
16. The types of motorcycles shown in the photos are indicative.
17. In special cases, JASON AUTO MOTO reserves the right to replace any type of motorcycle with another of the same category (or higher).
